On May.6, 2019 local time, China HETC officially set up its office in Sao Tome and Principe. HE Jorge Lopes Bom Jesus, the prime minister met general representative of HETC in Europe Mr. J.Javier Silva Ruiz and managing director of HETC in Europe Mr. Chen Zhenghua. Both parties held serious discussions and established strategic alliances on major projects like energy trading, mineral development and infrastructure construction.
