Dec.8th, 2018, HETC and Yancheng State-Owned Assets Group (YSAG) signed a cooperation agreement, both parties will make comprehensive cooperation in crude oil purchase, sale, storage facilities and logistics transportation and other services.

The cooperation lays good foundation for the spot energy transaction between both parties in Jiangsu Province, fills the gap of HETC’S strategic layout from Liaoning, Shandong provinces alongside the coast to Zhoushan city and Zhanjiang city, and strengthens the power in storage facilities and logistics service, meantime makes optimized upgrade for YSAG’s trading pattern and powerfully promotes the development of the economy of Yanfu Area.
