June.28th, 2018, HETC officially signed cooperation agreement with Navy Group International Eastern Europe. In accordance with HETC’s trading pattern, Navy Group will bring at least 50 million barrels crude oil per year to China and Asian-Pacific region for sale through Huanbohai Trading Center.

After the agreement signature and sealed by both parties, the president of HETC Mr. Zhu issued a membership certificate to Navy Group International Eastern Europe(Mr. Danny Xiao in the picture).
