29th. Oct, 2017, PBS signed cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Charmfar Group. Charmfar Group is a professional financial institute which scope of business covers supply chain finance, private equity fund, private securities fund and investment management, and which is the strategic cooperated company with SPDB (Shanghai Pudong Development Bank). The signing of agreement can extend the innovative financial mode of SPDB into PBS, to completely solve the lack of trade finance problem for our member enterprises. Meantime, Charmfar Group will provide PBS with smart financial system management, big data management and other finance service support.

Both sides will uphold the principle of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win together, provide finance support for domestic trade enterprises and refineries, so as to promote the progress of internationalization in energy market in China.
