Oct. 10th, 2017, we, Dalian Pan-Bohai Sea Energy Trading Center signed the cooperation agreement with Russia LLC 《New Silk Road》, to authorize Russia LLC《New Silk Road》as our representative in Russia. LLC《New Silk Road》 has full authority in implementation and promotion of business in Russia (and Eurasia Region) and related matters.
