Aug.15th.2017, Dalian Pan-Bohai Sea Energy Trading Center (PBS) signed strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongyou Yuanfeng (Dalian) Petroleum Co., Ltd.

Relying on the resource information advantage of PBS and special policy advantages of Dalian Free Trade Zone, both sides reached a consensus and signed several agreements about POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION OF COLOMBIA, including barter trade between crude oil and commodity, export a large quantity of “MADE IN CHINA” machinery-electrical products & digital products, etc, and then complete trade matching by supply chain management system of PBS.

The agreements of cooperation not only enrich the Trading Center transaction categories, but also open the South America Market in terms of accumulation of cross-regional resource advantage, for more, laid a good foundation for further development of the whole American Market.
