June.2017, Dalian Pan-Bohai Sea Energy Trading Center (PBS) signed equity swap agreement with Shenzhen Biaodian Investment Development Limited, which laid a solid foundation for the future in-depth cooperation for both sides.

Shenzhen Biaodian Investment Development Limited has fairly strong competitive advantages in nature gas project investment, construction of LNG storage and transportation, LNG and product oil sales along the Changjiang River. It will establish the most powerful comprehensive energy sales Group which covers the main ports from Shanghai to Yibin along the Changjiang River.

The cooperation with Shenzhen Biaodian will be conducive to PBS in whole industry chain development of LNG, LPG, product oil, which include energy purchase overseas, warehouse and logistics docking, downstream sales, especially, along the Changjiang River. In the meantime, PBS will bring new development and opportunity for Shenzhen Biaodian in energy upstream industrial layout, Northern coast of China industrial layout and the promotion and use of clean energy for China.
